We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at stylededge@hotmail.com and we will process your return, and you will need to return the item to the address we specify. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and IssuesPlease inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and correct it.
Please understand that custom items cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
ExchangesThe quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own and once your return has been accepted, purchase a new item separately.
RefundsWe'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund, too.If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us at stylededge@hotmail.com.
The delivery time of the order is divided into two processes:
– Order processing: takes about 3-5 working days
– Order delivery: takes 10 working days. A tracking number will be provided so that you can always see where your order is.
After placing the order, the product is ready to ship. It usually takes 3-5 working days for the goods to be ready and sent out.
Customized items are always produced after the order, so it may take longer. Add about 5 working days.
Note: The deadline is an estimate and refers to working days. (Saturday and Sunday are not working days)

We offer free delivery and express delivery. Express delivery can save 2-3 days.
